Oooh, still not done H.W., I’ll have to remember that for the future and leave that for when I’m visiting my dad on that side of London, because that certainly isn’t a “veer” in the context of heading towards Cambridge.
I’m thinking of just nuking the idea of Bucks and Beds, we’ll be so pressed for time, and at least from the direction we’re coming from and heading to, there’s very little that looks both interesting and practical. We’ll still have tallied 10 counties even if we abort at Crick. Fitting Bucks/H.W. into a cluster of west-of-London counties seems to make far more sense - thanks for that recommendation.
