Love to, but got the kids. Never been before, as the pickings were kinda slim, but since Veil, Aslin, Commonwealth, Triple Crossing and a couple others have come on the scene, the Virginia beer contingent is exponentially better.

Turns out I will miss it too.

Hope it was fun, I think I’ve been to almost all of them since they first started.

Had a good time this year, I think last year’s beer selection was slightly better but still a great lineup. Definitely well worth going to with the boom of quality VA breweries. Not a huge fan of how cramped it gets trying to walk around the peak crowd and limited space, but it is what it is.

How were the prices, with the NRG ticket system?

Fairly reasonable, most 7 oz pours were 4 tickets ($1 per ticket) with a few going up to 5-6 tickets. I was surprised to see a few like Hardywood Hoax going for 4 tickets when they could have easily been more.
