Finding a non-adjunct local imperial stout is as a rare as finding a local impy stout 20 years ago.

One of the best bevs of last year. A 23 year old 11% perry :man_shrugging:t2:

I like your style beastie, and I’ll go with it.
Is it the end of the RB world as we know it?

Perfectly suited perry name for this thread!

I bet that stuff has a lot of attributes similar to ice perry?

Yeah very appropriate :man_facepalming:t2:

Actually drank funky and oaky and Sherry like. Sank it.

what’s that, a tea glass?

I’ve seen this at the store with a steep price tag. How is it? Worth the money?

This is an awesome pic and glass

Now this is a blast from the past. With all the changes in the craft beer world, this small craft brewery has been around before RB and will continue afterwards.

I gave it 3.9/5 which is good for a perry - see rating link on brewver:

Here also it was at the high end for cider/perry bottles price

Cheers

I predict Ellicottville will survive the craft beer wave crash. Their heart is up in the attractions of lake Chautauqua.
