Beer styles with malt and yeast in background?

I have finally found some beer styles that I enjoy. Goses, berliner weisse and midwest fruit tarts and new england ipas. they all had some sort of fruit in them which helped. I am getting there lol. I have tried the Belgian beers, regular wheat, hefeweizen, and porters and stouts and I dont like the bread taste. What other styles srent big on the yeast and malty breadiness?
