Exact guidelines on styles should be coming in the near future, but as it stands now, my interpretation of this style (as someone who lived in NZ for several years) is that it is not just about having NZ / Aus hops, it is actually a different style of beer. It’s maltier and less aggressively hopped than an APA, more in line with a NZ / Aus hopped “English pale ale”. As such, I only changed those which explicitly market themselves as a NZ / Aus / Pacific pale ale. In particular, those heavily hopped hazy pale ales that Tired Hands and Other Half produce should definitely not be changed.
