It’s been years since I was in that city. But the Thirsty Monk beer bar. Upstairs is US craft but down stairs is mostly all Belgian style stuff. That’s be a good place to check. And it’s fun

The nicer places might have a sour Spanish cider, but I haven’t seen Cantillon at any restaurant. Try a hipster craft bar like the Whale. Most breweries will have 1-2 sours, & a food truck, but quality is suspect.
