Apparently, not the first time the guy has engaged in public fisticuffs. He bit a mans ear off in a 1981 bar fight after being accused of cheating at arm wrestling, and in 1982 he punched a drive-thru worker in the throat.
Now, in an attempt to stick up for his son, he assaults a middle school kid.
