How big of an issue is cold beer storage for breweries? How much value would keg cleaning services, combined with beer storage, bring to breweries? Is there any other pains for breweries that I should explore?
Full transparency, this is for a MBA project in my entrepreneurship class. One of my teammates learned from a friend that beer storage can cause headaches for breweries and can inhibit growth. After discussing the topic with several different brewery owners around town we discovered this to be a real problem, and we also learned keg cleaning is another problem for brewery owners.
Any help or information on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
