BUG wrong URL for Region from Place Page

From a Place page, when you click on the top shortcut link for the Region (In this case, for Quebec), you get to this URL

https://www.ratebeer.com/places/states/61/
This URL doesn’t show anything (unless we were annexed to USA recently because Trump said so)

It should get to this URL
https://www.ratebeer.com/places/canada/quebec/61/
