@DrNosha Yes, everything is explained earlier. Please follow the instructions for those places and I’ll be glad to help while I still need to.
I went to check on 304, and found that there were 2 brewery entries and that the taproom entry existed already, added a month and a half ago, only it lacked coordinates which I put in. https://www.ratebeer.com/p/brewery-304-seodaemun-304/106093/
Gorilla was a mess, the place was from 2016, with ratings from the place that existed from 2017 to Feb 2024 as well… fixed it up. Which exactly of the two did you visit so I can move your rating?
I can still open places but can’t add them. Hope this gets sorted soon, I’ve got tons of new places to add and don’t want to dump that job on our overworked admins. However, if someone could add this one for the time being, I’d be very grateful:

I stopped trying to add places a long time ago, just wasn’t worth the effort with logging in and out, only to be told it hadn’t been added by the robot or whatever. If I go to somewhere new I just hope it’s already on the data base.
Agreed, templating the info is the best way to present to you. Here’s the one I did earlier if anyone wants to copy and use for their requests containing the main fields (I figured I’d edit for any finer points once added).

As annoying as this is for all, it would be a shame to let the place database accuracy fall away. It’s one of RateBeer’s best features and as a regular traveller, a great source of info (got my maps printed ready for Vilnius and Kaunas for this weekend!).
