Wales, 430 - 9th
New Zealand, 118 - 19th
Australia, 111 - 20th
My 18th highest rated country New Zealand (49) followed by my 28th highest rated country Australia (23).
Reckon within the next 5 years I should make it over there.
Poland - 5th highest country with 21 rates. Nowhere else comes close.
I reckon Iāve drunk beer in every country Iāve been to except
Luxembourg - fleeting visit only
Canada - well I was only 7 years old at the time !
Vatican City
When I went to the Vatican, I knew there was no beer produced there. There was a place listed as being in the Vatican, however the place was actual in Italy.
Italy.
Country topic that i missed;)
Here is my TOP 5 list:
#16, Canada with 90
#17, Estonia with 78
#19, Japan with 60
#26, Slovenia with 37 - thx MarkoNm
#28, Iceland with 33
Interesting topic to read even 3 years onā¦ pretty well travelled so ~
#25 Mexico
#29 Norway
#34 Japan
Been to Curacao, Jordan, Monaco & the Vatican City without tasting beers to rate
@Jerseyislandbeer, I managed to rate beers in both Curacao and Monaco, but like you failed in the Vatican City; had a Jordanian beer, but never been to the country.
Been to the Falklands, but the rates I have are from bottles brought back for me by a friend. Same with Gibraltar, been, but the beer was a present from the same mate!
<*))))))><
#3 USA with 117
#9 Norn Ireland with 16
#14 New Zealand with 9
For me itās Poland with 13 rates, my 4th highest country, with Australia coming a close second with 10 rates - probably more chance going to the former than the latter, but neither for a good while
My 8th highest country, Czech Republic, at 110 rates.
Germany at 5th highest with 140. However I havenāt been to Belgium since 1997, well before my RateBeer days. Itās 4th at 212.
#1, 9th highest in total, Scotland at 233 (even though not an independent country and have been to the UK).
#2-3, 21st-22nd, Ireland and Lithuania tied at 38.
#4-5, 25th-26th, New Zeeland and Russia at 28.
#10 Denmark with 119 and #11 Sweden with 118
The US, where I have 175 ratings from (#6 on my list), followed by Belgium (#7 and 116 ratings), these are two in my Top10 that I havenāt visited yet.
Belgium is pretty easily accessible but the opportunity never rose somehow. With a honeymoon planned for later this year the US situation is hopefully getting resolved too.
#2 U.S.A. (442 rates).
#14 Norway (57 rates)
#10 Denmark
#12 Northern Ireland
Both trips ruined by COVID last year.
Mine is still Belgium, now on 80.
#12 Canada
#15 France
Fairly low number rated from both though. Pretty sure I will probably visit France for business when the pandemic is over as my firm just bought a french business.
Iām another Denmark unfortunately. All booked to go last year, still trying to get my money back. Maybe I will drive there instead in future.
