I didn’t read the whole thing but it seems to me that bottom line is they needed more money to fulfill their dreams and vision about the brewery.
A couple of years ago they had raised money via crowdfunding, to open that new location in Amsterdam so I am wondering why not this time as well?
Back then they offered a 6% interest but even with half of that they would have raised any amount they wanted easily I think, considering the low interest the banks offer right here and the success of their brand.
Maybe distribution network played a role?
