Mikkeller is not a brewery, it is a brand.
Nilsas’s answer contains the seed of an interesting paper in which the putative beer drinker opines “Love yer work Borgster but I can’t take the risk of having a good beer twice unless it’s a vert.” [the brand extrudes a range of Fantome collab green tea BA pastry beers in response]
