How do you 'tag' a beer?

I have just had two honey beers, neither are ‘tagged’ within the honey tag world.

Any help might be appreciated.

Click on the pencil icon on the top-right, an editing window opens, and it has add/edit tags in it

Thank you trapped, I have now added both beers to the Honey tag.
