How much are you paying for UK class IPA/DIPA?

@Garrold it’s a bit of both mate. Mobile canners don’t help (although I’m told they are better these days) Diacetyl is just due to inexperience I would say. Thing is with Oat heavy NEIPA style is they are tricky to can so unless you know what you are doing you’re gonna get high o2 pick up which leads to oxidisation and I’m guessing if a brewery doesn’t have a o2 meter (many don’t) they have no idea what the pick up is even if they cap on foam. so it could be super high and it’s £5 per can… not good.

£11.20 for a 3 litre bottle from today due to new laws - min 50p per unit.

Not a tax though, so its up to individual shops to enforce it, with any extra money going direct to them.
