How to contact London Craft Beer Festival?

They only rarely respond to email.

I bought a ticket to the 2020 London event that was canceled due to Covid. I was told there would be no problem getting a replacement ticket when I returned to the UK. I’ve been emailing them since late last year, when they promise to send me a “ticket code” in the near future. No code, and no further replies to my emails.

Can anyone suggest any other method of contact?

Who did you book with? There seems to be a selection of outlets. Maybe try the company you used (if you can find it).

Problem solved. They finally provided me with a ticket code.
