So hard to gauge this. On one hand, Lambic should always trump Imperial Stout, especially what you have to offer. But there’s a lot of weight to the beer your asking for. In today’s world, I’m not sure new money traders would go for it. I hope you can make this happen, it will give me hope for the future of the scene.
