Does the presence of salt in a beer (other than a Gose) make it flavored? I.e., what if there is a sea salt stout or something like that? Should that be Stout - Flavored?
I guess yes, if adding salt is with the intention to add a Salty Flavour. And salt isn’t from the basic water/yeast/cereal/hop.
Anyway, on my part, I always put the Beer in its own style unless it has the X - Flavored substyle. If the Beer doesn’t have a clear style, then I put them as a Flavored - X style.
In this case, I would put it in Stout - Flavored.
Shouldn’t be stout - unflavored!
