First, I will say that as Cantillon goes, this one I liked the least. That said, because it is Cantillon, people prop it up higher than maybe it should be. I think if you have some slightly rarer 3F or vintage lambic you should land this. Harder to trade stout for lambic typically but the beer world is changing. Good luck.
