As someone who loved the scene (and scenery) of Lisbon, allow me to chime in:
Lots of good suggestions have been made in this thread and in this follow-up. I really liked Duque for the location alone (don’t worry, the beers were good too), and Cerveteca had great service and a good curated selection. Didn’t make it to Dois Corvos, but will have to next time.
