It’s also given me a nice get out clause Now when I bugger up pouring a beer at home and get a glass full of head, I’ll say I deliberately poured it like that because I wanted to serve it Teeside style!

I have enjoyed a parmo in Middlesbrough but hadn’t heard of banked pints before and really thought this was a great article. Now I really want to try one!
Parmos were soemthing that really intrigued but finally had one and thought it was quite boring. Albeit this was a Landan Parmo.
Around here you can get them with some different toppings, there’s one with pepperoni & chilli called a Parmo hotshot
