They have the same phone number.

And the Happy Pub website has this:

HappyPub retired. That’s almost everything that needs to be done.

In late October 2018 it seems that Happy Pub shut down and “merged” with their other location, The Beers, that had opened nearby in early 2018, raising the taps from 16 to 32.

This has to be wrong adress. The raters describes a bar in the very heart of the old town area, that is correct.

Indeed, that was the old location, the original one closed in March and the new one opened in June. Retired the old one, added the new location and moved the reviews.
