Yes, we have pointed out that major brackets issue to the programmers in the relevant forum board, but so far we haven’t received an answer.
Still, I would not discount the possibility of them working on this anyway, or of this being a known temporary setback while working on a greater problem. I mean, ignoring a problem that leaves huge swaths of the site inaccessible would be insanely self-destructive.
In the past I’ve requested (via feedback) that this place should be removed because it’s not a brewpub and not at all beer-related. In fact I can’t even see any beer on the menu.
I searched for a shop in Bruggen, didn’t find it and added it - but Bruggen is just a part of Greifenburg, where Shop 013 was already added. But at least my duplicate seems to have been added twice.

This is a common issue for Brussels: the capital region is actually 19 separate municipalities, so it is usually more accurate to put a place in, say, Ixelles or Saint-Gilles as opposed to Brussels. Most places are listed under Brussels, though: this makes it much easier to go through the list of places for what is essentially the same metropolitan area. It looks like places often get added to their own municipality from time to time.
Here’s a few municipalities that have some places that need to be fixed (i.e., all of the places on them need to have their city changed to Brussels):
