Question about mead/cider hybrid

Is a drink made from “half honey and half apple cider” rateable? And is it a mead? It’s made by Maryland Meadworks, and they call it a Mead.

Yes that’s it. You can often see them labeled as CYSER, an apple-mead

They do call it a cyser.
