Tea based ale (4% ABV). Is this rateable here?

Would need way more info… there’s a good chance what you have is just a hard kombucha, which is not rateable.

It is my understanding kombucha yeast was not used, but ale yeast was used.

Sounds like it’s not rateable. Would need to have a base that has enough malt/grains (beer), apples (Cider), rice (sake), honey (mead) to be rateable.
