In recent week or so pages doesn’t load anymore. Idk whats the problem, but after hitting refresh 8 times in a row page loads. Maybe someone reboots that old 486 manually, maybe not, but quality of usability of this page has gone down.

Of course it will.
Some time in 2020 after they’ve fixed important issues like the alignment of the entries in the menu bar at the top of the page.
