Maybe this person isn’t a spammer & wants to tick not rate but his review for Flowers Original spruiks a wedding florist and for The Brew Gentlemen Certified Public Accountant advertises a Reading accountant.

That’s 7 out of the 10 that are not really new signups. Of the other 3, 1 seems genuine (although an industry figure) and the other 2 there’s not enough information to tell.

The site is littered with such ratings, but as they don’t impact the overall score I assume no effort is made to delete them.

I can’t see this one being removed because it’s just a guy rating a beer.
