Style descriptions

  • when are they coming? Changing styles, introducing new styles, ok with me. But please describe them to make adding new beers easier.

Indeed. Specifically, what differentiates ‘flavored’ beers? Fruit, coffee, etc. sure, but what about oak, hops, or things like that?

What about ‘Pale Ale’? Is an American beer described as an ‘Extra Pale Ale’ or ‘[Iowa/Colorado/random descriptor of choice] Pale Ale’ and APA, or Pale Ale?

I’ve been sorta winging it for a while now, but no one has complained yet…
