Styles

To me there seems to be some things that are less subjective about styles that ratebeer may need improvement. Please consult the NE IPA thread for the more subjective current style arguments.

Why do kristalweizen and hefeweizen have “German” in front of them when dunkleweizen doesn’t? Do beer people not know these styles are German? Does having “Abbey” in front of Dubbel and Tripel add value to the description of these styles?

It’s because we want those two styles confined to Germany. Dunkelweizens are decent enough for other countries to want them… :smiling_imp:
