Luckily I picked up several Polotmavys in Czech republic “accidently” before it was a recognized style here. Traded for a couple of Sahtis prior to them being their own style - lucked into a couple of them and made a 10 hour round trip drive for #10. Faros were a struggle with several Belgian trips required (found three in one grocery store south of Liege). Eisbocks were a challenge even with living in Germany for 5+ years. And Unblended Lambics were primarily from one day at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. NEIPA count should explode this year.
