Why doesn’t this beer show up in top 50 for its style?

The top 50 uses the weighted average score which is 3.70, less than the 50th beer on the list at 3.74. Yes, it is confusing, but the “real” score for ranking is the weighted one even though it is not displayed on a beer’s page. Click “more statistics” to see the plethora of scores.

Why is this beer not have the top 50 at the top of the page, however is listed as 33 on this page
I don’t know but seem to remember that when this came up before, the answer was that the top 50 tag was added to the page by hand rather than automatically. Using a computer, not a stencil. But still.
