Manchester - you’ll be near the Cloudwater Barrel Store, this is their taproom (not the main brewery site). If you’re willing to go a bit further, the Marble Arch is a beautiful old pub and brewery tap, or somewhere like the Pilcrow.
York - Brew York is a very good taproom but I think closed on your dates
Oxford - I’m a bit out of date but Pint Shop for modern beers and The Bear for a classic really old pub
Birmingham - I don’t know it well but the Post Office Vaults is good
