Aslin because they aren’t such arrogant assholes. I want to not like Veil, but last time I went despite the vibe the beer was sooo damn good. These days I see less quality variance in IPAs at Veil. Then again their stouts aren’t as wonderful as Aslin’s
Gimmee Aslin. They have more consistency throughout their portfolio, even if they have more failures than the Veil has.
I had some Veil a few weeks back at Churchkey next to other big IPA producers: Trillium, Bissell etc. Veil did not hold up well.
