Kristallweizen’s are due for a resurgence. A local here is releasing one this month which I’m stoked about
Its really the only style that I always rate when I drink at brewpubs and I have only 5 rates. I’m surprised that its so rare. Of course, if it actually became a trend it would be hopped to hell and have peppermint paddies added.

- Funky / bretted / barrle aged saisons
- Craft ciders
