Luminous Brewing The Relic. Barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout using both Belgian and American yeast. Dry, roasty, dark chocolate bitterness, light barrel, licorice. $5 for the 16 ounce Prowler and that’s a bargain.
Finally found the bottle of Dupont Hirond’ Ale #1.0 that I kenw I had laying around somewhere. Best saison I’ve had in a while by far. I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed, but wow! Just wish I had a bottle of the regular Saison Dupont for a side by side comparison (and more of this!).
