What ya drinkin' part XVIII

Time for another The Abyss variant. This bottle I bought new.

Whoa, this is drinking on the outstanding side. Don’t reckon I’ll leave any overnight.

How is it? Almost pulled the trigger. Based on the slog remark I doubt it’s good.

The lime is lightly present to prevent this from being boring. Question: I marked this as a premium lager even though most Mexican lagers end up in the Amber/Vienna style. This and Drinco de Mayo were both lacking that toasted character I expect from Amber/Vienna. Am I wrong to put those in premium lager over this style?

Just buy a can if you have the option. Even I found it underwhelming and it’s in my wheelhouse.
Should be fantastic out fishing though.

Takes time! Even 30 seconds can be hard to justify. :))

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours light copper with a slight white head. Aroma is lightly roasty with some hints of fruit. Med body or nearly. Flavor is slightly roasty with some citrus and Mosaic fruitiness. This is actually a pretty tasty lager. Finishes towards dry and fairly bitter.
