XIX was getting pretty long
That middle guy is a few weeks away from bottling, but I poured myself off a glass this afternoon and it was already MIGHTY tasty
^^^ it’s 3 gallons of Wildflower Honey mead fermented down to 0.992, then with 1 gallon of fresh pressed local apple cider added after a month. I don’t know why my dumb ass thought I could rack it into a 3 gallon carboy… hence the extra half gallon growler.
Anyone else getting excited for What ya drinkin’ part XXX?
