Drinking Deschutes Jubel Ale from a Howler.

The BX is about 10 years old. The Balboa is something of a mess in terms of brewery. Someone has been trying to revive the Balboa brewery in San Diego for years. Now the Balboa’s Tap House ( a place not in RB) has apparently gotten this IPA brewed by Bitter Brothers. It’s on the tap list for BTH. But since the Balboa Brewery “thing” is amorphous, I entered it as a Bitter Brothers beer.
