Homebrew mead with cold brew coffee, buckwheat honey, and backsweetened with blueberry honey. Brewed 1/21, so closing in on a year old.

Back in the day when it was bottle conditioned, it was incredibly lush. Used to buy it by the case. One Trader Joe’s would order it for me. Things have sure changed.

The Old Chicago uses a nitro mix so it doesn’t have the full flavour that I remember but it’s good, and good to see in Casper.
