This thing called brew pipeline maybe?
An excerpt from an email reply to a similar inquiry:

“While I wish I could tell you that we are expanding into North Carolina, the reality is that we are not. Rather our beer was available there through a program known as “Guest Brewer”, operated through Brew Pipeline. They work with particular wholesale partners in different geographies bringing breweries not normally available in those markets in on a “one-time” (sometimes 2) buy.”

You guys are probably aware of all this but hope someone finds this helpful.
