I went through the St. Louis brewery tour twice. Nice grounds. However, the “brewery” is a massive chemical plant - the base product flows through a system of pipes, etc. - at various points the base product is diluted with water and/or treated with “flavors” to make various branded “brews”. Then the branded “brews” are off to packaging and distribution. I doubt things have changed since I did the tours.
