I estimated it. I think the majority of my ratings, reviews or ticks comes from festivals, even though I dont visit that much festivals (anymore). I prefer doing ticks/private reviews on festivals though and keep the proper ratings for when I have the time to enjoy a full bottle at home. Festivalratings are pretty non-informative most of the times.

With one festival per year where I try maybe 10 beers (out of maybe ~300 per year), I had to say “None” on the second question.

Between none and 10% for me also.

I said 6 festivals a year: I lied, only done 5 that I remember so far in 2017.

3 if I just stay in town.

I was at festival on Saturday and only managed 22 rates since had to be responsible. However there were 25 breweries I hadn’t tried there and mistakenly missed 3, that will haunt me until I capture them. Typically I do one or two festivals a year at most.

I really dislike beer festivals, probably comes from working them.

I think it was about 7 last year

  • Lincoln
  • Newark
  • Bourne
  • Deepings
  • Peterborough
  • Nottingham
  • Golden Eagle (just 12 beers or so at a local pub)
