And for Melilla I found Melilla Star but they haven’t posted since 2018. Not even on Untappd either. But the page description and photos suggest they did brew some bottles of beer at some point. So it’s maaaaybeeee possible…

Did you cover closed breweries too? Hopefully I managed to get all the regions correct when I tidied everything up previously.

I did, and yes that was extremely helpful thank you. Only issue was you used the modern counties (which I originally wanted) when we’ve had the preserved counties added here. But for the most part this was fine, for example, the entirety of Flintshire is within Clwyd, so it was easy enough doing all those.
The problem is that the if the raters do not log in then the count will not be updated, Can regulator or admin do that for retired raters so there count can be updated?
Place regions are all updated without logging in!
I have no idea, I’m not an admin. I guess this is their unofficial disqualification. If any of them log in to spy on us again they will be updated I guess.
As for regulators, we just deal with this kind of stuff:

Regarding the two difficult spanish cities difficult to get: there´s a “Melilla Star” beer, that is actually brewed in Ceuta, so this may be misleading, but yes, no actual breweries in Melilla.

And just to add a few updates on this thread … as there a couple running of a similar theme.
Ireland is done … and yes … all 26 counties have an active brewery (I did wonder on this fact), although I think there are at least 3 on first glance with just one.
Only one rater @culchiem has the full set of 26/26.
In Northern Ireland (thanks @mR_fr0g) … County Tyrone … 2 brewers and 8 beers (although 2 more retired and 13 more beers) then County Fermanagh with 2 brewers and just 10 beers seem to be the hard to gets.

I was hoping I’d have all 6 since I really drank a lot in my few trips to Belfast for work. I did nab Tyrone but missing Fermanagh & Armagh.
Now since I lost that job doubtful I’ll get anytime soon.
Northern Ireland was tough. I was only there a couple of days, but only managed 10 ticks from three of the easier counties. Trouble is I didn’t know enough on ordering beers or buying bottles/cans which were N Ireland and which from Ireland the country. Then throw in some unfamiliar UK beers I picked up as well. I was kind of annoyed I ended up with only 10 ticks when I went and checked after.
I was there a few times and drank at most bars in Belfast but my local colleague there and myself are also big gin fans so went to lots of cocktail joints too. And yea drank bunch of English and Republic of Ireland stuff too. And was also there for work purposes which hurts some

Maybe I’m in the minority but why do I care if raters who quit (not banned or told to leave the site) aren’t showed on the regional raters list. They can come back anytime, no one is stopping them and it’s their choice. Reach out to them if they wish to get their credit have them come back to rate.

I dont care anything about the raters. Why do you think that? I care about the top 50 lists that should be accurate.

Europeans have a god sized advantage here especially if they collected US states prior to this happening. But challenge excepted I’m excited to get traveling again.
How many total regions do we now have has anyone added them up?
I will be on 270 when I rate a beer tomorrow; although I have plenty of beers that haven’t been found a home in some of the 17 new splits. 80 new regions for me so far, more than happy with that; Russia looks a bit daunting though.

Only 214 for me (just under 100 new regions since the mega split). But Russia isn’t done yet, so I’m hoping to pick up an additional 20 or so regions from that, on top of 14 that I’ve already “ticked off”.
