Garage Project Mon P’tit Chou - a bit of a divisive one it seems. I like that Garage Project revisit the beers they like - I seem to be the first rater in 6 years (and now it’s canned).
Breaking that pattern of kitchen benchtops, back to the dining table for this one:
70% twelve month old saison fermented in a puncheon, 30% nine month old saison fermented in a barrique. Seems like using two pretentious names for barrels is the key to this very good one - it’s fruity but lean and Bretty as well as bitter.
