Do other US cities do this kind of thing?

Sounds like a good idea, 5 Bucks to spend in everyone of 14 brewpubs.

I’ve never seen anything like this before, but I guess I also haven’t ever looked. Seems like it could be okay if you’re actually going to do a fair bit of brewery hopping. Hopefully there aren’t any additional limitations (e.g., only on full pours, must make a certain minimum purchase).

@brokensail, I think you have to have food at two of the places if you want a drink; Utah booze law for places classed as restaurants. Otherwise it looks like you spend the 5 dollars on merch or whatever you want in any of the participating bars.

There used to be this coupon book in New York, St Louis and some other cities that cost $20, and each of the 20 pages let you get a free beer at some beer place. So if you redeemed them all, you would make a killing. I never got through all 20.

Craftapped is my favorite 2 for 1 app by far. Check out the map. You can get a year membership for 19.99 on their site or less than that on Groupon. There are quite a few other apps and books in Wisconsin. I’ve got a little library.
