Hi guys…been a long time.
I’m setting up my new home brewery and I’m getting ready to attempt my first lambic with a coolship. Ive got lots of ideas for this but I wondered if any of you have tried this with a standard mash (as opposed to step or turbid). Just looking for some suggestions before I take the plunge.
