Sad to hear. They had a wide reach, but I agree with beastie that all their beer was very acidic and vinegary.
Good riddance. Stopped in once with my SO and the beer was disappointing. Chatted with the brewer that day and that experience was even worse than the beer. It’s rare for someone to get on my “don’t ever go back” list but they definitely made the list
I can clone the brewery to a place very easily if you want a place tick, seems the place was never added.
That said, retired the beers/brewery.
Now after the article above, and a PennLive article came out, Compton (owner of Highway Manor) is saying its only a Temporary Closure:
Highway Manor Brewing Only Temporarily Closed for Remainder of 2023
