Identifying a Sake

I’m going out for a customer’s birthday. If the rest of my collegues are drinking cocktails I will feel less bad about ordering £16.00 - £22.00 servings of sake.

The restaurant menu includes an ‘Azure Ginjo Shu’ at 15.5%. Its appears to be the following:

However Ratebeer only feature the one sake from Tosatsuru - is this the same one or should a new one be added:

That 720ml bottle is £75. Quite a mark up compared to the Harvey Nichols price.
