Is ratebeer broken?

When I try and log in all I get is the following:

I’ve always logged on with username and password rather than email address.

Then if I ask for a password reset I get this.

It’s the same on the legacy prod login.

Luckily I haven’t been booted out on my phone. So still logged in. But get this on the community page.

Any thoughts?

Me too I even changed my password.But it’s works om my laptop.

Working fine for me today. Do you have a saved password conflict between rating site and the forum, because they are different now?

Nice to tick a 403 error … normally just get 404 !

I also always used to login with username and password. When the same problem happened to me last week, I eventually tried using the email on my account as username and it worked fine.

I guess It don’t work I even changed my password still don’t work don’t no how can fix it.It works on my laptop still.Hope soon it gonna work again.

Yea, just recently, this last week or two, I can’t use the username any more. It says use email on the log in, no longer user or email. So email only works.

I only hope these recent ‘gong ons’ are changes better for the RB site.

Any input Joe or other admin?

Thanks to the hints I can now log onto the forum. But still not able to log into main RateBeer site. It might be as I have never used my email address to login and now I have to use my email. I can’t reset my login and forgotten password not working or anything.

I’m changing my phone it a couple of weeks and without anyway to login again will be locked out for good. I hope something changes.

Is there anywhere / anyone from support that can solve this?

It looks like things are back to normal now. But of course it would be nice to have some information from the top on what happened.

The issue is like someone said before was it username and password to look in.And now it is email and password and that’s not working.

If anything back to normal try to log out and in again.

I tried logging out and logging in. It works fine for me.

Are you still locked out?

There was some work being done on the legacy part of the site, and this was the result sadly. Should be largely fixed now.

Still get a 403 when I click on the community link.

Yeah still locked out and can only really access for forums.

send an email to these emails, all at the same time and I’m sure joeT will try to fix it. I had trouble for a while and he reset the password and email for me. Describe your situation and make sure you tell him the preferred email you can access and he’ll put that in for you too.
