I also always used to login with username and password. When the same problem happened to me last week, I eventually tried using the email on my account as username and it worked fine.
Yea, just recently, this last week or two, I can’t use the username any more. It says use email on the log in, no longer user or email. So email only works.
I only hope these recent ‘gong ons’ are changes better for the RB site.
Thanks to the hints I can now log onto the forum. But still not able to log into main RateBeer site. It might be as I have never used my email address to login and now I have to use my email. I can’t reset my login and forgotten password not working or anything.
I’m changing my phone it a couple of weeks and without anyway to login again will be locked out for good. I hope something changes.
Is there anywhere / anyone from support that can solve this?

send an email to these emails, all at the same time and I’m sure joeT will try to fix it. I had trouble for a while and he reset the password and email for me. Describe your situation and make sure you tell him the preferred email you can access and he’ll put that in for you too.
