Ok i was on 19 Likes Yesterday, ive had 3 likes since then, but still on 19.
Is this linked to some Mythical RB day 
or is it broken?

A few more likes and still on 19. Someone just doesnt want me getting my awards!!!
in fact looking at the info, ive got 20 different posts liked and some posts have 2 or 3 likes

Further Testing show that i Gave caesar a Few likes yet hes now showing any, and my count given didnt increase.

In my profile --> activity --> likes given
shows 5 posts that I gave a like + 1 private message with my beloved discobot.
But indeed, the user stats only show 3 in the likes gives column
